James F. Goggin, "Nute", age 88, of West Chester and formerly Exton, PA, passed away on September 8, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1929, Jim was a son of the late James A. Goggin and the late Harold and Margaret Houle. He was a St. Thomas More graduate, class of 1949; and served honorably in the U.S. Army, in France and Germany.
Jim was predeceased by his siblings Harold Houle, Bina Fox, Louise McCollum, Margaret Ferry, Erma Teham, his dear niece Carolann T. McCloy, and is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10 AM-12 PM Friday, September 15, 2017 at SS Philip & James Church, 107 N Ship Rd, Exton, PA 19341 followed by his Funeral Mass at 12 PM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holisticare Hospice, 685 Kromer Ave, Berwyn, PA 19312.
