James P. Mulqueen, age 47, a lifetime resident of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on March 8, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of Helen Mulqueen (nee Devlin).
James was predeceased by his brother, John J. Mulqueen, Jr. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
