James Shallow, Sr.

James F. Shallow, Sr., age 79, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on January 20, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Frank Shallow, Sr. and Catherine Shallow (nee Cavanaugh).
James was a 1957 graduate of West Catholic Boys High School in Philadelphia, PA.
He was employed for the State of Pennsylvania in the Welfare Department.
James was a 32 year member of the Quaker City String Band.
He attended every sporting event or activity that his grandchildren were a participant.
He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
James is survived by his beloved wife, Madeleine Shallow (nee Marryat), his loving children Katie Coneys (John), Jimmy Shallow (Natalie), Claire Shallow, Tom Shallow (Kathy), Michael Shallow (Monique) and Joe Shallow (Jennifer), his grandchildren Kerri, Matthew, Emily, Meghan, Christopher, Katie, Samantha, Mia, Maggie, Alexandra, Emma, William, Gina, Zachary, Meredith, James and Jake.
Also survived by his brother, Frank Shallow, Jr., his brother-in-law, Mike Marryat and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
