Jane Kane

Jane F. Kane (nee Pyne), 82, of Havertown passed away on June 21, 2013.



Jane was born in West Philadelphia and was one of five children born to Ethel and James Pyne. She graduated from West Catholic Girls High School. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.



Jane was a devout member of the Sacred Heart Parish Community for the past 49 years and served on numerous parish committees and volunteer efforts.



Jane was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years Chuck, her son Michael her parents Ethel and James Pyne, her brother James, sisters Anne, Ethel and Dorothy.



Jane is survived by her children, Carol L. McGowan (Jim) of Drexel Hill, Valerie A. Kane of Oceanside, CA, John B. Kane of Largo FL.,

Janine M. Lamarra of Yardley, PA and Andrea R. Frank (Paul) of Stevensville, MD, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.



Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday June 25, 2013 7-9 PM and Wednesday June 26, 2013 8:30-9:30 AM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (Corner Lynn Blvd., Upper Darby, PA (610-449-0300) followed by her Funeral Mass 10 AM Sacred Heart Church,

Manoa and Shelbourne Roads, Havertown, PA. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
