Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1962, Jeffrey was the son of the late Joseph J., Sr. and Joyce E. (Farrell) Lombardi.
He was the beloved brother of Joseph J. Lombardi, Jr. (Mary), Donna M. Sherwin (Rich), Janice A. Brown and D. Michael Lombardi. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services and interment are private.
