Jeffrey C. Motta, 25, of Exton, PA passed away on January 15, 2017.
Born in 1992 in Wynnewood, he was the beloved son of Carol (Curry) Cannariato and step-son of Scott Cannariato and son of Jeff Motta. Jeffrey valiantly fought each and every day against the battle of his addiction. His courage and strength was remarkable and gave hope to every life he touched. His love for life, family and friends was endearing to all who loved and knew him.
Jeffrey was the loving brother of Amy (Dan), Melissa and Scott, Jr.; beloved nephew of Donna Gosselin, Susan O'Neill, Walter Curry, Patrick Curry (Joan),Kimberly McLaughlin (John); beloved grandson of his MeMe, Joan Cannariato. Also survived by his guardian angel Dina Sagarese-Coleman and his grandparents, Janet & Joe Motta, many cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 8:30-11:00 AM Friday, January 20, 2017 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA, 610-431-9000 and to his Funeral Mass 11:30 AM at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct., West Chester, PA.
