Joan Aikens

Joan Aikens (nee Healis), age 79, of Wayne, PA, passed away on July 24, 2021.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Reynolds and Joan Irene Healis (nee Condiles)

Joan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.   She was a warm-hearted, positive and people person.  She was an artist and loved gardening.  She was a board member for Sullivan’s Bridge, where she was the head of design landscape.

Joan is survived by her beloved husband, James Aikens and her loving children Scott Aikens and Joan Blake.  She is also survived by her grandchildren Amanda and Michael Blake and her great-grandchildren Layla and Nora Gregory.  Sister of Dave Healis.

Services and interment will be private.
