Joel "Joe" Meyers

Joel “Joe” Gregory Meyers, age 65, of Broomall, PA, passed away on December 13, 2019

Son of Barbara & the late, Jack Meyers. Father of Christine, Joseph (Amy) & Jason. Brother of Pamela, Lisa & the late Lawrence. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

Joe graduated from Marple Newtown High School in 1971, and then attended trade school. He was a master plumber, specializing in boilers. Joe was also a master electrician, working at General Motors for over 30 years before retiring. There he specialized in trouble shooting and was in charge of all aspects of the robotics in the paint department, monitoring computers from the control booth. Joe was the ‘go-to’ guy. If something needed fixing, he was there to fix it. Joe enjoyed riding his motorcycle, taking trips to the beach, boat rides and of course, spending time with his family. Joe will be forever loved and missed.
