John J. Berry, 75, of Springfield, PA passed away on March 15, 2017. Born in 1941 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John and Ida Alberta (nee Martini) Berry. John served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was retired from Cigna where he was Manager of Data Processing. He loved cooking and entertaining family and friends, using cooking gadgets, and unique spices he found in his travels. He enjoyed going on cruises, online shopping, and finding a bargain wherever he could. He was also a collector of flags. John liked to keep up with the latest technology. He was a very detail oriented, creative, caring, and loving man. What John enjoyed most though was spending quality time with his family and friends. John is survived by his beloved wife Rosann (nee Weyhmuller), loving children Jay Berry (Lee), Keith Berry and Lisa Mae Berry, grandchildren Richie, Daulton, Skylar, and Jack, sisters Barbara Bolton and JoAnne Berry. Family and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:30-11:30 AM Tuesday March 21, 2017 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 2130 Franklin Ave. Morton, PA 19070 followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM.
