John Brogan, Jr.

John L. Brogan, Jr., age 95, of Broomall, PA, passed away on June 22, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John L. Brogan, Sr. and Josephine Brogan (nee O'Hara). Mr. Brogan was a 1936 graduate of St. Joseph Preparatory School in Philadelphia. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy during World War II, serving aboard the U.S.S. Natchez. Prior to his retirement, he operated a residential real estate firm, John L. Brogan Real Estate in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. He is survived by his wife Betty (nee Hoover), his children Beth Chaya (John), Joan Nilan (Dennis), John Brogan, William Brogan (Catharina), Daniel Brogan, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
