John B. "Jack" Kearney, Jr., age 69, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on November 28, 2018.
Born in Delaware County, PA, he was the son of the late John B. Kearney, Sr. and Mary Clare Kearney (nee Hogan).
Jack was a graduate of Upper Darby High School.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was currently employed in Emergency Services/Responder for the County of Delaware at the time of his passing.
He had also been employed at Delaware County Memorial Hospital as an Emergency Service Responder.
Jack was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Trinity Council 3132, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States and a lifetime member of Highland Park Fire Company, where he had served as President.
He was also a member of St. Laurence Church.
His hobbies included Nascar Racing, was a BBQ Master and enjoyed practical jokes.
Jack was a great guy, good friend, man of service, funny and had a big heart.
In addition to his parents, Jack was predeceased by his loving sister, Mary Clare Kearney.
He is survived by his cousins Eileen Flynn, Maureen DeOrio, and Robert Flynn and his goddaughter, Heather Grab.

Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA.
Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
