John Kilroy

John M. Kilroy, age 82, of Havertown, PA, passed away on November 7, 2014.
Born in Philadelphia to the late Marie (nee O'Halloran) and John M. Kilroy, Sr., John graduated from West Catholic High School for Boys in 1950, and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a 1959 graduate of St. Joseph's University and worked as a Credit Manager for John Wanamaker's department store, in Center City Philadelphia and then worked for Wachovia Bank.
John is survived by his beloved wife Theresa H. (nee Vinci) and his dear children John (Maura), Anthony, Michael and Karen Kilroy. He was the beloved grandfather of John and Kevin Kilroy. He is survived by his brothers Thomas (Roberta), Bernard (the late Shirley) and Robert. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews. John was pre-deceased by his brother Edward (Georgianna) Kilroy.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing, Tuesday, November 11th from 9:00-10:20 AM at the Church of St. Dorothy, 4910 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.
Interment at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (383 Main Ave, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851 or http://www.themmrf.org) would be appreciated.
