John J. Malone

John J. Malone, age 75, of Havertown, PA, passed away on September 19, 2023. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John and Anna Malone (nee Lopusiak).

John was a proud Vietnam Veteran in the United States Army. He worked at Acme Markets for over 40 years. John loved to travel, especially going on cruises, some of his favorite places were Disney and Hawaii. He was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan, especially the Philadelphia Phillies.

John was the beloved husband of Frances Malone (nee Fisher); loving father of Barbara Rouse (James F.) and Katherine Malone (Matt Badura); adoring grandfather of Elizabeth and Rebecca Rouse; caring brother of Anna Stauffer, Patrick Malone, Mary Malone, Joseph Malone, Helen Malone, Paul Malone, and the late Timothy Malone.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 9:00-10:40 AM on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Private.
