Loving father of Louis Mayer (Carol), Edward Mayer (Trish), Jacqueline Kees (Dan). He was predeceased by son, James, and sisters, Sr. Mary Agnes Mayer, SSJ, and Gloria Prodoehl. Grandfather of Christopher, Jonathan, Peter, Ryan, Zach, Megan, and Kerri.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am Thursday, March 3, 2016 at St. Joseph's Church, 338 Manor Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, where family and friends may visit the family after 9:30 AM in the church. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Mr. Mayer's name to Villa of Sisters of St. Joseph, 110 Wissahickon Avenue, Flourtown, PA 19031 are appreciated.
