John McShea

John H. "Jack" McShea, age 87, of Broomall and Narberth, PA, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John and Helen (nee Kuhn) McShea.
Jack was an honest, hardworking and fun loving man. He was dedicated to his family and proud of their many accomplishments. He loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. Jack was a faith filled Catholic, went to Mass every day and was an advocate for pro-life.
Jack's favorite pastimes include visiting one of his son's restaurants, cooking, Villanova basketball, a stiff Beefeater martini , golfing, and bargain hunting at the grocery store. He loved singing old Irish tunes at both McShea's and Jack McShea's. He enjoyed visiting the Jersey Shore and Puerto Rico.
Jack was the beloved husband of Elaine T. (nee Walsh) McShea; the loving father of Elaine M. Campbell (Alfred, dec.), Anne V. McShea (Tom Lamb), Mary Jean Waldron, John H. McShea (Kathleen), Neil T. McShea (Denise); the cherished grandfather of Annie, Jim, Vincent, Megan, Emily, Katie, Maura, Anne Marie, Sean, Aileen, Theresa, Julia, and Maggie; caring great grandfather of James, Mikaela, John, Aiden, TJ, Ronan, and Matthew; and the dear brother of the late Bernard McShea, Virginia Curley, Helen Wolset, Geraldine Gehringer, James McShea, Isabel Beck, and Claire Metzger.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 7:00-9:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA
19082, 610-449-0300 and Thursday 9:30-10:20 AM at St. Margaret Church, 208 N Narberth Ave, Narberth, PA 19072, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
