John Michael "Jack" Bradley, age 6, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on October 1, 2017 at Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Delaware.
Born August 31, 2011 in Paoli, PA, Jack was the beloved son of Joseph and Miranda (Burrows) Bradley.
He was the loving brother of Gabriel Bradley; beloved grandson of John & Helena Bradley, William Burrows, and Emma Burrows. He is also survived by Aunt Amy and Uncle Kevin Bielski, his cousins, Lilyana and Hudson Bielski; Uncle Matt Burrows and Uncle Jeff Meenan; Uncle Jim Burrows; Uncle Kevin Bradley; and Uncle Paul Bradley.
He was given the gift of an amazing and full 6 years with the help of his home-care nurses: Julie Boughter, who worked with Jack since he was 6 months old; his night nurses

Jack loved dancing to music

he could bop to music for hours. He loved making music

banging hands, elbows and head on his many keyboards and drums.
He loved to ride with the wind in his face.
He loved to splash in the water.
Most of all, he loved to smile and giggle. Jack's smile could light up the world.
Relatives and friends are invited to deliver condolences to Jack's family 7:00-9:00 PM Thursday, October 5, 2017 and 10:30-11:30 AM Friday at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000, followed by a celebration of Jack's life at 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment private.
