John W. Nichols, age 75, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Stanton, DE, passed away on November 12, 2017.
Born in Upper Darby, PA to the late Frank and Edith (nee Larkin) Nichols, John worked as a Trucker Driver for the Teamsters Union 107.
John is survived by his beloved wife Shirley A. Nichols (nee Elliott), his children Ron Ruggear (Kathe) and Tony Ruggear (Amy), his siblings Frank, Edith and Lynn, his grandchildren Ron, Nicole, Samantha, Matthew, Billy, Tony, Becca, Nick, Andrew and Daniel. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren. John was pre-deceased by his daughter Diane Ruggear and his brother Dave.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Thursday, November 16th from 10:00-11:30 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Interment Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
