One of Heaven's Very Special Children, John James O'Malley, 52, of East Goshen, PA, unexpectedly went home to the Lord on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
John was born deaf and blind and attended Overbrook school for the Blind in Philadelphia. He taught all who knew him how to appreciate life. He especially loved going to Wawa for a ginger ale.
John was loved, adored and cared for his entire life by his mother, Mary Ann (May) O'Malley (Dowd) and his late father, Joe O'Malley.
He was the beloved brother of Lynda Hinde (Steve), Grace Wallace (Kevin), Joseph O'Malley (Christine), Rita Adams (Christopher) and Michael O'Malley (Marybeth); dear uncle to 13 nieces and nephews, adored nephew of John and Mary Dowd of West Chester, Nora Brennan of Ireland and Christie Dowd of Canada. Also survived by many cousins.
Services and interment are private.
