John E. Verna, age 51, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Folcroft, PA, passed away on June 11, 2015.
Born in Darby, PA he was the loving son of Joyce K. (nee Funk) Verna and the late George J. Verna, Jr.
John was a graduate of Marple Newtown High School and was previously employed at Amtrak as a lineman.
In addition to his mother, John is survived by his siblings George J. Verna, III and Connie M. Verna (Reese Gardner). He is also survived by his dear nieces Cierra Gardner and Mauryssa Gardner.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, June 18, 2015 10:30 AM to 10:55 AM St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073 followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment is private.
