Joseph Bluford

Joseph Bluford, age 70, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on June 15, 2021.    Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Robert McLaughlin and Roberta Bluford.

Joseph was a veteran of the United States Navy.  He had been employed as a Custodial Engineer.

Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Allen Green.
