Joseph M. Dougherty, III

Joseph M. Dougherty III, age 42 of Exton, PA, formerly of Warminster, PA passed away on March 18.

He was the son of Joseph Dougherty Jr. and Debra (nee Ebert) and loving husband of Lisa (nee Jurasek). Joseph was the devoted father of Lorella and Joey IV. He will be missed by his brothers Mike (Angie) and Tim (Sarah), his grandparents Joseph Dougherty, Sr. and Rebecca (nee Ward), and his large extended family and friends.

Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and was a business owner and consultant. He loved spending time with his family, sailing in Annapolis, MD, and going to the beach in Cape May. He was a loyal fan of Bruce Springsteen and enjoyed playing his guitar, reading, traveling, listening to music, and watching baseball. He was a member of the Union League of Philadelphia, Saint Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, and Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Wednesday, March 23 from 10-11 AM at Saint Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, 120 St. Elizabeth Dr., Chester Springs, PA 19425 and to his Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Interment private.
