Joseph Dragonette
March 18, 1935 — February 11, 2018
Joseph E. Dragonette, age 82, of Penn Valley, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on February 11, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Rigoletto and Helen Dragonetti (nee Morozzi).
Joseph was a graduate of West Catholic Boys High School in Philadelphia. He received his Bachelor's Degree from St. Joseph University, his Master's Degree from George Washington University and his Ph.D from The Wharton School of Business. He was employed as a Professor of Economics and Statistics at St. Joseph University.
Joseph was a member of the Bala Golf Club and enjoyed music, golf and playing the piano.
He is survived by his loving children Joe (Gloria), John (Cathy), Steve (Jane) and Diane Dragonette, his grandchildren Laura, Christine, Joseph and Michael Dragonette and his sister Dorothy Schaeffer (Robert). He was predeceased by his sister, Joan Dragonette.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday, February 20, 2018 9:30-11:00 AM St. John Vianney Church, 350 Conshohocken State Road, Gladwyne, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
