Joseph Rauch

Joseph L. Rauch, age 94, of Havertown, PA, passed away on May 30, 2021.   Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Carl F. and Hildegard Rauch (nee Birle).

Joseph had been employed as the General Manager of Beatty Lumber in Upper Darby. He enjoyed golf, reading, biking and carpentry.   He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Joseph was predeceased by his beloved wife, Elizabeth C. Rauch (nee Castaldi), with whom he shared 69 years of marriage, his daughter, Marie Clubine and his sisters, Marie Furlong and Eleanor Rauch.   He is survived by his loving children Richard J. Rauch (Anita), Elizabeth Beeman (Thomas), Irene Applebaum (Robert), Joseph C. Rauch (Pamela), Laura DeFruscio (Jim), Jean Viviani (David) and Rita Horn (Brian).  Survived by his son-in-law Jim Clubine and his sisters Hildegard Rauch, Loretta Unterkofler and Frances Mason.  Also survived by his 21 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to his Funeral Mass Friday, June 4, 2021 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Manoa and Shelbourne Roads, Havertown, PA.   Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
