Joseph Reece, Sr.

Joseph "Joe" C. Reece, Sr., age 70, of Woodlyn, PA, formerly of Elwyn, PA, passed away on December 20, 2018. Joe was the loving son of the late Willet and Helen (nee Hall) Reece. Joe was an army veteran. He proudly served in Vietnam. He worked at Verizon and Bell as a service technician. Joe retired from Verizon in 2007. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Joe was the loving husband of Roberta (nee Lord) Reece for 47 wonderful years; beloved father of Kelly Reilly (Mark) and Joseph Reece, Jr. (Jennifer); caring brother of Patricia Darlington. He was the devoted grandfather of Amber Reilly, Mollie Reece, Marissa Reece, Mason Reece, and Mylan Reece. Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Friday, December 28, 2018, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070, (610) 544-0600, followed by his Funeral Service at 12:00 PM.
