Joseph Salvucci, Sr.

Joseph L. Salvucci, Sr., 100 years young, of Lima, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on October 5, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Alfonzo and Constanza Salvucci (nee Cucci). He was a graduate of Overbrook High School in Philadelphia and was employed as a machinist with Westinghouse Electric in Philadelphia for 32 years. He retired in 1976.



Joseph was predeceased by his wife Anne M. Salvucci (nee Rotella) and his 4 brothers and 4 sisters. He was also predeceased by his second wife, Eleanor Salvucci(nee Cedrone). He is survived by his children Joseph L. (Peggy) Salvucci, Jr. and Robert M. (Carol) Salvucci, his brother Rudolph (Helen) Salvucci, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.



Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Thursday, October 9, 2014 6:00-8:00 PM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to his Memorial Service at 8:00 PM. Interment will follow on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 10:30 AM at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
