Joseph Snedeker

Joseph A. "Joe" Snedeker, 59, of West Chester, PA and formerly Highland Park, Upper Darby, PA passed away on June 6, 2019, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born in Darby, PA in 1959, the son of the late Charles F. and Constance (Volk) Snedeker.
Joe was the loving father of Sarah Katherine Snedeker; beloved fiancé of Margarete Landwehr; dear brother of Fran Snedeker (Kathy), George Snedeker, Jackie Peetros and Mary Ann Capriotti. He is survived by many nieces and nephews and his previous wife, Susanne Blair. He was predeceased by siblings; Ron Snedeker, Connie Melchiore and Lorraine Devine; also survived by his brother-in-law, Dan Devine.
He was a graduate of St. Joseph's University and he worked most of his career at Olympus America.
Joe was known as a local musician, a talented guitarist and singer. He was part of many bands and most recently the WHITEWALLS who played frequently at Duffers on Rt 352 in Glen Mills.
Joe had many interests and hobbies, including music, photography, motorcycles and travel. He enjoyed neighborhood walks with his dog, Max.
