Born in 1939 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Geraldine and Joseph F. Kelly.
Joseph served honorably in the US Army and as a police officer in Lower Merion Township.
He was the loving father of Joseph J. Kelly (Ann Marie) and Stephen M. Kelly (Kathleen); loving grandfather of Joseph J. Kelly, Jr., Nicole Marie Kelly, and Dutchie Kelly; and the dear brother of Donald Kelly (Brenda) and Patti Neibert (Joseph).
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 9:30-10:25 a.m. Friday, June 26th, at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, and to his Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Int. SS Peter & Paul Cem.
