Josephine Scavitto

Josephine Scavitto, age 92, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on July 27, 2021.  Born in Calvaruso, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Frances Scavitto (nee Castiglia).

Josephine had been employed as the Manager of the Marianne Shoppe in Upper Darby, PA.   She enjoyed going to the casino, crocheting and was an active member of the Delaware County Republican Party.

Josephine is survived by her siblings Frances Hunter (the late Ray), Jane Pisano (the late Gregory), Charlie (Judy), Nancy Haftmann (the late Jerry) and Rose Kemme (George).  Loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews.  Josephine was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph and John and her sister, Lily.
