Juanita Lanahan

Juanita B. Lanahan, (nee Copeland), 92, of Downingtown PA passed away on June 18, 2016.
Beloved wife of the late Frank L. Lanahan; dear mother of Patricia Connor, James Lanahan and of the late Raymond Lanahan; dear sister of Louise Oyler, Bernice Morgan, and of the late Alma Heater, Eslee Provens, Delbert, Dennis and Donald Copeland, Eva Smith and Edith Young; loving mother-in-law of Patricia Lanahan; grandmother of Michael, Edward, and Richard Connor, and Nicholas Lanahan; and great-grandmother of Jamison Connor. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Juanita enjoyed music, dancing, and telling stories of her travels overseas and growing up in West Virginia. More importantly, she was devoted and loving of her family. She was active in VFW lodge 106, National Association of Retired Federal Employees, Ladies Auxilary, Caln Priviledged Citizens, and a longtime member of Saint Joseph's Church. She collected and enjoyed cardinals.

Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA (610) 269-3080 followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church, 338 Manor Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. Interment Philadelphia Memorial Park.
