Judith S. Turnbull, formerly of Havertown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, June 7,
2019 at Rosewood Gardens (formerly Broomall Presbyterian Village).
Born on April 27, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Gerber Turnbull and John DeHoff Turnbull.
She was also pre-deceased in 2003 by her sister, Barbara Ann Turnbull.
Judy is survived by numerous cousins.
Judy grew up in Havertown and graduated from Haverford High School in 1961 and Goucher College in Towson, Maryland, with a major in Biology, in 1965.
After working as a lab technician for a few years she received a degree in Library Science from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
She retired from the Haverford Township Library.
Judy loved music.
She was a life-long member of the Presbyterian Church of Llanerch and a long-time member of the church's choir.
When at Goucher, she was a member of the chorus.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Presbyterian Church of Llanerch with burial at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens at the convenience of the family.
