Katherine "Kathy" Mary Wilkins

Katherine “Kathy” M. Wilkins (née Gaybrick), 78, of Broomall, PA passed away on October 16, 2022.

Born in Lansing, MI in 1943, Kathy was the daughter of the late Ernest C. and Edna M. (née Pasthe) Gaybrick.

Kathy was the beloved wife of George F. Wilkins Jr.; loving mother of Terri Murdoch and Amy Gilmartin; She was predeceased by her sons, Paul Morrison and Jeff Morrison; also, step-mother of George F. Wilkins III, Michael J. Wilkins and Christopher P. Wilkins; devoted grandmother of Kyle Stein, Shawna Stein, Dallas Stein, Nicholas Murdoch, Sarah Murdoch, Emily Murdoch, Megan Norris, Abby Morrison, Ty Morrison, Heather Morrison Wonder and Ryan Morrison; step-grandmother of Lisa Wilkins and Sean Wilkins; great-grandmother of Charlee Detwechter, Lila Stein Josie Murdoch, Ethan Murdoch, Jackson Norris and Alainna Norris; dear sister of Robert Gaybrick (Ann) and Thomas Gaybrick (Mary Anne).

Kathy was a graduate of Resurrection High School in Michigan and worked as a Banking professional until her retirement in 1992.

During her life she lived in various places including Springfield, PA, Mullica Hill, NJ, Naples, FL and Myrtle Beach, SC.

She enjoyed visiting School Section Lake in Michigan and pool days with her grandkids. She was a sports fan who enjoyed watching football, especially the Philadelphia Eagles.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Friday, October 21, 2022 at Holy Cross Church, 651 E. Springfield Road, Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Private.
