Kathleen M. Cieniawa (nee Tate), age 84, of West Chester, PA, formerly of Havertown, PA, passed away on February 4, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia to the late Joseph Arthur Tate and Marguerite Rose Mary (nee Colgan) Tate, Kathleen worked as a Hostess at Overbrook Golf Club for more than 30 Years..
Kathleen was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert B. Cieniawa. She is survived by her loving children David J. (Susan) Cieniawa, Diana M. (Casey) DeFelice and Denise A. (Paul) Grothaus. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Adam (Katie) Cieniawa, Olivia (Justen) Blackstone, Amanda DeFelice, Jake Grothaus, Ginger Grothaus and Gloria Grothaus.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing, Thursday, February 9, 2017 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday, February 10, 2071 8:30 to 10:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA (610) 353-6300 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
