In Loving Memory of Mrs. Lam Ngoc Hong
November 11, 1956 – January 1, 2025
Lam Ngoc Hong, a devoted wife, mother, and woman of unshakable faith, was born in Hon Chen Village, Kien Giang, Vietnam, to father Lam Si Xen and mother Huynh Thi Tu. She was the youngest of five children, with siblings Lam Thanh Xuan, Lam Anh Nguyet (deceased), Lam Ngoc Minh, and Lam Ngoc Van.
In 1980, she met and married Dao Tran, and together they had five children: Duc Tran, Hoa Tran, Nha Tran, Nguyen Tran, and Hang Tran. She was also the proud mother-in-law of Linda Le and Nancy Le, and the beloved grandmother of Emma Tran, Lyla Tran, Winston Tran, and Elijah Tran.
Hong was a pillar of strength and selflessness, dedicating her life to her family and others with unwavering love. Her faith grew deeply when she accepted Christ in 1988, becoming a cherished member of her church community.
In February 2024, she faced stage 4 colon cancer with courage and grace. On January 1, 2025, she returned to the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and faith. Hong will be forever missed as a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother. She was also a wonderful sister and sister-in-law to her five siblings and in-laws. May she rest in peace in paradise.
