Lawrence F. "Larry" Razzi, Jr.

Lawrence F. Razzi, Jr., age 78, of Broomall, PA and longtime resident of Upper Darby, PA, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, surrounded by his family.

 Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Lawrence F. Sr. and Lydia (née Colangelo) Razzi. 

Larry proudly served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy, a testament to his strength and sense of duty. Following his military service, he carried that spirit into his professional life and personal pursuits. 

Larry was a dedicated typesetter and graphic designer, contributing his creative talents for many years at American Banknote. His work not only showcased his artistic skills but also reflected his unwavering commitment to excellence.

His passion for his work was matched only by his love for his home on Lennox Road in Upper Darby, where he was frequently found painting and making improvements, where he found joy in enhancing his surroundings. Larry cherished the simple joys of life. He could often be found sitting on his steps with a cup of coffee, engaging in the simple pleasure of people-watching. An avid pool player, Larry relished the camaraderie and competition that the game brought.

Larry was the beloved husband of the late Bonnie (née Blakey) Razzi; the loving father of Lawrence F. Razzi, III, Anthony Lee Razzi, and Tracey Ann Coyle. Larry is also survived by his brother, Domenick Razzi, and predeceased by his sister, Patricia.

Relatives and friends are invited to honor Larry’s life at his Viewing on Thursday evening, March 6, 2025, 6:00 to 8:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, and to his Funeral Service on , Saturday morning, March 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, Newtown Square, PA. Interment to follow at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
