Linda Ann Lang

Linda A. Lang, 80, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025. Born in Hagerstown, MD on February 22, 1945, Linda was the sole child of Charles and Mary Linebaugh. Linda graduated from Widener University with a B.A. in Literature and a Master’s in Child Psychology, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

A devoted wife and mother, Linda spent much time caring for her family. She was an avid reader, especially of Shakespeare, and was especially fond of the Star Wars Trilogy. Linda worked at Strawbridge’s department store and worked in banking for Fidelity. But Linda’s greatest role was that of always being there for her family.

Linda is survived by her husband, Robert, of 62 years, her daughter Christina, and her grandsons Matthew and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved son, Robert (Bobby) Lang.

Relatives and friends are invited to Linda’s viewing on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Kevin Church, 200 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA followed by her funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Interment at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.

Linda’s kindness, wisdom, and warm heart touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in our hearts.
