Lisa Friel Divers, 61, of Chadds Ford, PA, formerly of Bethlehem and Springfield, PA passed away on January 20, 2017.
Born in 1955, she was the daughter of the late Helen (Pawlowski) and James J. Friel.
Lisa was the loving mother of Owen Divers (fiancé, Billy Rinick); dear sister of Geraldine Kendro (Nick), Bernadette Caldwell (Jim), Rita Lee (Ron) and the late Maureen Lynch (John); and aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Lisa loved spending time with family and friends and always had a smile on her face. She loved being at the beach in Lewes, DE with her sisters, going on road trips with her friends and best of all, spending time with her son (and his fiancé). Lisa was kind to everyone and was known to be a great listener. She will be dearly missed by everyone that she touched with her gentle, yet strong spirit.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA, 610-431-9000 and 9:15-10:15 AM Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342, followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Scleroderma Foundation of Delaware Valley, 385 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
