Lois P. Gabriel, 79, of Douglassville, formerly of Downingtown, passed away January 30, 2019.
Born January 6, 1940 in Coatesville, PA, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Anna (nee Buckle) Timozek.
Lois was a 1957 graduate of Coatesville High School. She and her husband established the Italian Village in Downingtown and worked there for over 25 years. She enjoyed spending winters in Florida and summers at the Jersey Shore.
She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald L. Gabriel, loving mother of Antoinette M. Gabriel-Guarino (John Guarino) and Ronald A. Gabriel (Bobbi); adoring grandmother of Anthony Gabriel, Gabriel Lyons, and Zachary Davis (Christina); caring great-grandmother of Dominick Davis and Emma Davis; and dear sister of Maryann Newlin, Michelle Sonnie, and Pazia Rhodes. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Timozek.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:30-11 AM Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at St. Joseph Church, 332 Manor Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 AM.
Interment St. Agnes Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106 or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
