Louis Donato, Sr.

Louis A. Donato, Sr., age 81, of Havertown, PA, passed away on June 2, 2014. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was the son of the late Umberto and Adele DiDonato (nee Firmani). He was a business owner of Forge Millwork & Lumber in Frazer, PA for 31 years. He retired in 1996.



Louis is survived by his wife, Helen L. Donato (nee Lieb), his children Francis, Louis, Jr., Michael (Marisa), Andrew (Linda), Thomas (Tammy) and Robert (Sandra) Donato, his brother Michael (Sheila) Donato, 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his siblings Louise Santoni, Samuel Donato, Philomena Vallese, Gabriel Donato, Umberto Donato, Jr. and Mary Donato.



Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday, June 6, 2014 9:30-10:20 AM Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment St. Denis Cemetery.



In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Annunciation BVM Church Sanctuary Guild, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA 19083 would be appreciated.
