Coatesville

Louis J Gregor Jr., lovingly known as “Skip”, passed away on March 1, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication and a strong will.

Born in Chester County, PA in 1956, he was the son of the late Louis John Sr. and Jean Ann (née Townsend) Gregor.

He is survived by his only son, Johnny Gregor, and cherished his role as a loving father.

Skip's passion for the outdoors and excavating was evident in his work as he operated a D8 bulldozer and various other pieces of equipment.

He found joy in the open air and the freedom of working in nature. His love extended to his grandkids, Jax, Ella, and Sophie, who brought him immense happiness. He was so proud to be a grandfather. He loved them with his whole heart and would often share stories with everyone he met.

In addition to his immediate family, Skip welcomed Julia Gregor as his daughter-in-law with open arms. He shared a special bond with his brother, Dave, sister Diane and late sister Donna.

Despite facing challenges that limited his ability to explore the outdoors, Skip's spirit remained strong. He will be remembered for his love, warmth, and unwavering commitment to his family’s happiness.
