Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late William J. and Reba (nee Linkous) McLaughlin.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Christopher W., Gregory K., and Timothy R. Betz. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth M. Betz; her son Kenneth W. Betz; and her brother William J. McLaughlin.
