Luke Daniel Wisler

Luke Daniel Wisler, 20, of Downingtown, PA, took his life on November 8, 2024. 

Born April 9, 2004 in Downingtown, PA, he was a son of Kristen Lee (nee Schweikert) Wisler and the late Jay David Wisler. 

Luke was a 2022 graduate of Downingtown West High School and attended Cabrini University for two years.

Luke was a quiet, conscientious boy who loved his friends. He didn’t speak often, but when he did, he spoke volumns. His words were always well thought out, funny, intellectual and creative. These traits were expressed through his music and his photography. His trip to Taiwan with his dear friends was extremely motivating for his love of photography. 

Unfortunately, Luke didn’t see the world through the same eyes as we do. He didn’t know his full potential and he struggled to find his way.

Luke’s final words to us:

“Please relay a message to everyone. Thank you guys for the fun times. Sorry I had to cut it short. If there exists a nicer place beyond death, I’ll wait for you all there. In the meantime, live happy lives.”

In addition to his mother he is survived by his siblings: Grant D. Wisler and Colette F. Wisler and his beloved dog, Lulu. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Luke's Visitation 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM followed by Words of Remembrance at 3:00 PM, Friday, November 15, 2024 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335.
