Lydia T. McCollian

Lydia T. McCollian (nee Sheffer), age 76, of West Chester, PA, passed away on November 19, 2024.

Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1948, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Theresa (nee Werner) Sheffer. Lydia loved spending time with her grandchildren and was a daily part of their lives. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and crocheting. Lydia adored her cat, Rosie.

She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. McCollian; loving mother of Amy Beth Novak (the late Keith), Kelly Nicole Stone (Robert), and the late Joseph Albert McCollian (Danielle); caring grandmother of Dakota McCollian, Madeline Novak, Theodore Novak, Alexandra Stone, Tyler Stone, Joseph McCollian, and Gianna McCollian; dear sister of Nancy Schmidt, Albert Sheffer, and John Sheffer.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10-11 AM Monday, November 25, 2024 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 15 E. Pleasant Grove Rd., West Chester, PA 19382, followed by her Funeral Mass 11 AM. Interment private. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, heart.org, would be appreciated.
