Madeleine Marie Gallagher (nee Brennan) passed away peacefully on February 27, 2015, surrounded by loved ones.
Lynn was born in 1945 in Philadelphia, grew up in Newtown Square, raised her family in West Chester and lived in Aston and Warminster.
She was one of four children born to the late Joseph and Madeleine Brennan. Lynn will forever be remembered by her beloved daughters and their significant others Debbie and Dave and Kathleen and Adam, loving brothers and sisters-in-law Joseph and the late Beth, Edward and Marge and John "Jack" and Pam, her Shih Tzu Mercedes, along with nieces, nephews and countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her.
Often referred to as the "social director", Lynn touched the lives of many people with her smile, compassion, service and generosity to others. She was truly grateful to her friends and family until the end.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Wednesday March 4th, 9:30-10:30 AM followed by her Memorial Mass 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by a luncheon. Interment and celebration to follow in the spring.
The family requests all memorial donations be sent to The American Lung Association (www.lung.org) or the Delaware County SPCA (www.delcospca.org).
