Madonna R. Das (nee Reynolds), age 83, of Media, PA, passed away on March 14, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Marie A. (née Koelzer) and Joseph W. Reynolds, Sr.
With a heart as expansive as the horizon, Madonna's impact extended far beyond her profession. Madonna worked for Romanos School Bus Services in Norristown, PA, retiring in 2013. Her career as a bus driver was marked by a deep commitment to her passengers, embodying the spirit of care and reliability that made her so beloved in her community. Madonna approached her work not merely as a job, but as a vocation where she could connect with others and create a sense of belonging among those who shared the journey.
An ardent animal lover, she had a particular fondness for horses, drawn to their majestic beauty and spirited nature. Her affinity for these noble creatures mirrored her own splendid spirit—a harmonious blend of strength and gentleness.
Additionally, Madonna found joy and solace in the embrace of nature, cultivating her passion for gardening. Her garden blossomed with a symphony of colors, a testament to her dedication and nurturing hand. The flowers she cherished not only adorned her surroundings but also symbolized the growth and beauty she imparted to those fortunate enough to know her.
Madonna was the beloved wife of Kusal K. Das; loving mother of Karl Bryan (Launi) and the late Joseph Bryan; beloved sister of Dolores Kennedy (the late James). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Edwin Hogan, Joseph Reynolds, Jr., and Maria Fabian.
