Maggie Elizabeth Bradley, age 49, of Marmora, NJ, passed away on October 30, 2024. Born in Darby, PA, she was the daughter of Catherine (DeGroot) and the late Joseph H. Bradley.
Maggie distinguished herself as an IT Financial Analyst in the Pharmaceutical Industry for Cencora, where her dedication contributed significantly to the field. An alumna of Merion Mercy Academy and Villanova University, she exemplified not only brilliance in her profession but also the importance of education and continuous learning. Her commitment to excellence was matched only by her infectious happiness that illuminated every room she entered.
A devoted athlete, Maggie was known to embrace challenges with an unwavering spirit. She participated in numerous Ironman Triathlons, earning the esteemed title of a Kona Ironman World Championship Qualifier and Finisher, a testament to her determination and tenacity. Her adventurous spirit found its outlet in her love for running, biking, swimming, kayaking, hiking, and surfing, pursuits that she passionately shared with those fortunate enough to be in her presence.
Maggie's zest for life extended beyond her personal endeavors; for two decades, she was happily married to her devoted husband Howie, creating countless memories together as they explored the wonders of the world. Each journey enriched their bond and added a tapestry of experiences that will forever be cherished.
In addition to her professional and athletic pursuits, Maggie was a proud member of the Rails to Trails Conservancy, advocating for nature and the joys of outdoor exploration. Her love for animals was evident in her affection for her two beloved cats, Brookie and Shadie, who brought her immense joy and companionship.
Preceded by her father Joseph and in-laws Arthur and Francine. Maggie is survived by devoted husband Howard “Howie” Necowitz, and caring brother Joseph Bradley, Jr., mother Catherine, and nieces and nephews Max and Ryan Shepherd, Moxxie, Geneva, and Ezra Bradley.
Relatives and friends are invited to Maggie’s Viewing 9:00-11:00 AM on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, followed by a Prayer Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Private. Luncheon to follow.
