Mr. Major J. Howard, age 89, of Sharon Hill, PA, passed away on April 20, 2018.
Major served in the United States Army during the Korean War era.
He was employed with the City of Philadelphia as a Manager for the Sanitation Department.
Major is survived by his loving children Derek Howard, Damon Howard and Gabrielle Rosenthal, his grandchildren Gianni, Raeanne, Sheena and Delmar, his great-grandchildren Miles Howard and Che Howard-Packer and his nephew, Brian Nefferdorf.
Also survived by Dorothy Howard (nee Muldrow).
He was predeceased by Alina Pierson.
Services and interment are private.
