Marcella Murtaugh

Marcella M. Murtaugh (nee Burant), age 95, of Bryn Mawr, PA, formerly of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on April 20, 2014. Born in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Effie Burant. She had been employed as a bookkeeper for the Township of Bannockburn, IL. She was also a homemaker.



Marcella is survived by her children Thomas Murtaugh (Georgia) and Ann M. James (Bill), her grandchildren Brian and Matthew Murtaugh and Daniel and Rebecca James and 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Norbert T. Murtaugh, her grandson Dennis Murtaugh and her brother Richard Burant.



Relatives and friends are invited to visit her family Saturday, April 26, 2014 11:00-11:30 AM St. John Neumann Church, 380 Highland Lane, Bryn Mawr, PA and to her Memorial Mass at 11:30 AM. Interment Washington Memorial Chapel Cemetery in Valley Forge.
