Margaret Blake

Margaret Mary Blake, age 94, of Lafayette Hill, PA, formerly of Wayne, PA, passed away on May 24, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Patrick and Catherine Blake (nee Downey).



Margaret was a graduate of Pierce Business School. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant for the Pennsylvania Railroad in Philadelphia .



In addition to her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her siblings Joseph Blake, M.D. (Anna Mary), Mary Linette, John P. and James D. Blake. She is survived by her sister Catherine Dale (the late James) and her brother Richard Blake, her sisters-in-law Betty Lou Blake and Nuala Blake and her brother-in-law Gerald P. Linette. Also survived by her 22 nieces and nephews and 50 great-nieces and nephews.



Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, May 27, 2017 10:00-11:00 AM St. Katharine of Siena Church, 104 S. Aberdeen Avenue, Wayne, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Denis Cemetery, Havertown, PA.
