Margaret Mary Boylan (nee Stanton), age 86, of West Chester, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on June 4, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1931, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (nee Quinn) Stanton.
Margaret was an active volunteer with SS Simon & Jude School and Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister, and with the St. Agnes Day Room.
She enjoyed bowling, going to the theater, watching Judge Judy, taking trips to the Jersey shore, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was the loving mother of Joseph (Barbara), Patrick (Janet), Michael, Mary Russell (James), and John (Patricia); adoring grandmother of Jessica Walsh (Ryan), Caitlyn, Natalie, Lauren, Tori, Kevin, and Nicole Boylan, Peggy Pinto (Anthony), Tom and Patrick Russell, and Michael and Julia Mathis; dear sister of Catherine Cleary (the late Tom), Walter Stanton, Ann Kilcoyne (Tom), Theresa Ledger (Charles), and Josephine DeAngelis (Nicholas); also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 6-8 PM Sunday, June 10, 2018 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000 and 9:30-11 AM Monday at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by her 11 AM Funeral Mass.
Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Christian Brothers Retirement Fund, 444-A Route 35 South, Eatontown, NJ 07724, would be appreciated.
