Margaret Philson Breslin, "Mags", (nee McNelis), age 65, of Galeton, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on June 19, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, she was the loving daughter of the late Ellen McNelis "Nana Mac".
Margaret is survived by her husband Daniel Breslin, her children Denise McDonald (James), Christopher Philson (Kristen), Nicola Philson, Andria Mariani (Domenic) and Colleen Breslin, 13 grandchildren, her siblings Catherine Whyteside and Thomas McNelis and her first husband and lifetime friend, Alex Philson. She was the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her brother Richard McNelis.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, June 23, 2014 9:15-10:20 AM St. Bernadette Church, 1035 Turner Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Philadelphia Kidney Foundation, 111 S. Independence Mall East, Suite 411, Philadelphia, PA 19106 or Jefferson Hospice, 240 Radnor-Chester Road, Radnor, PA 19087 would be appreciated.
